Yesterday I had a date with Rogelyn down in Melrose. I wanted to take her to one of my favorite burger joints, Golden State. After that it was on to Kidrobot and Munky King. Here is what I came back with.
If you are into customizing, then I highly suggest picking up one of the new Munny World toys. I’m still indecisive about how I want mine to look, but I’m leaning towards my normal style of painting. One thing I don’t like about the Munny World series is that the shape of the fee for all the characters are different. My mystery toy for Raffy included sneakers. I wanted to put the sneakers onto Bub, but his feet were too big. Then again it is a Hippo.
My new favorite happens to be the Hoots Owl above. It is part of a new series of Owl Keychains…perhaps my new addictive collection. I plan on buying a bunch of them and customizing them as well. We’ll see how that goes especially with my job and everything else I like to do
For the first time I got a Kidrobot Christmas Dunny Chase! This is by far my favorite Christmas Dunny that’s been released. I definitely lucked out. Thank you Kidrobot LA!

Every year we have a get together at my uncle’s place to celebrate Anh Thi, his daughter, and my Grandma’s birthday. We have the usual, cooked fish in rice paper (kind of like spring rolls), awesome and tasteful tea, and a nice cake from Edie’s.
However, this year we got more involved. We played Rock Band, baked a few Hello Kitty cupcakes, took naps, flew helicopters, and then some.
I really love and appreciate when we have these family get together events. Family is a huge part of me and is the basis for my life. I’m not going to lie, I would choose hanging out with my family than hitting up a club with my boys. Family first!
Not present: Auntie Chau and her man, Jordan. It was unfortunate that my Aunt and Jordan could not attend due to being ill.
PS. I’m starting to notice that I have a pretty good “point and shoot” camera. Maybe I should invest in a SLR?

Yesterday I went to my Uncle’s house to celebrate my little cousin’s and Granny’s birthdays (blog post to come). My Little cousin Anh Thi insisted on showing me her Japanese Toy Eraser collection. These are the new fad to girls in grade school, kind of like the whole tamagotchi fad that existed more than a decade ago.
I’m pretty happy that my little cousin has followed my foot steps and started collecting toys. I gave her some Kidrobot Dunny’s in hope that she starts collecting something on my level…so we can trade! I definitely had a great time playing with my love ones.

Yesterday my boy Bui came over and we decided to take a pic of all the money cat lows.

This year Rogelyn and I went to Candy Cane Lane, in hopes to find the best Christmas decorated house. However, we found the BEST decorated house no where near Candy Cane Lane.
I know, I know, it’s almost the new year and I’m just now putting on Christmas pictures. Oh well!
I was a bit tipsy in this picture and all the other pictures, so please don’t mind my goofiness.
I wanted Tigger to go to sleep because he always get’s super hyper when people around, so I fed him turkey! Looks like turkey has the same effect on dogs as it does with humans.

The latest Dunny series has finally leaked. It seems that the progression of dunny designs have been getting better and better from many different artists. This series is set to release late January aka near the my birthday which is on January 25th aka this would be a nice birthday gift.
Which reminds me, I will compile a birthday list soon.

Recently, my favorite song on the radio is “Tie Me Down” by the New Boyz. Not really a fan of the “Jerking” song or movement, but this song is fresh! I like that they have Ray J, the man who really can’t be tied down, featured on the track.

Today I came into work expecting nothing less than the norm, but my manager was kind enough to get a gift for his “boys.” Of course his wife help with the purchase and placing the items in a decorative bag.
My manager Eric really listens to us and takes in consideration things of our own personality. He knows I enjoy the Oriental alcoholic beverages, Bobby likes that weird crap that I can’t even spell, and Sam drinks nothing but Rockstars. Sam’s face turned bright red when he opened up his package.
This was the best part of the gift. I always enjoy and appreciate something that is very personal and hand made. I’ve never seen Eric’s family except for his son Brandon (who happens to be a great stand up kid for his age), so it was great to see family photos. After all, Christmas is all about family, happiness, and giving.

Following Touma’s Little Trickers release in January 2010, Play Imaginative will be releasing 450 sets of the Little Trickers in a Gun Metal edition. I’ve been waiting for the Little Trickers ever since I caught a glance on leaked images. Now that this set will be available in both color and gun metal, I have to have them both!
Oh wait, January is my birthday month…hint hint.
